Terms

Plain English. If you pay for anything here, you are agreeing to this.

  1. What you are buying. A day on the calendar. On that day, from 00:00 to 23:59 UTC, the domain ☻☻.com forwards visitors to the URL you submitted. That is the entire product. We do not promise any number of visitors, any kind of visitor, or any result.
  2. It can be taken from you. Anyone can take your day at any time by paying more than you paid. When that happens you lose the day and you are not refunded. This is the main rule of the site and it is shown to you before you pay.
  3. All payments are final. No refunds, no credits, no exceptions, including if your day is taken, if you typed the wrong URL, or if you change your mind. The one automatic exception: if two payments for the same day land at the same moment and yours no longer beats the price, yours is refunded in full.
  4. No edits. What you submit is what goes live. To change it, take the day again at a higher price.
  5. Your destination. You are responsible for the URL you point the domain at and for having the right to send people there. Not allowed: link shorteners, chat invite links, sexual content, malware, phishing, scams, anything illegal, and anything that impersonates another person or business. We screen destinations and we may re-point any day back to this site, at any time, without refund, if we judge the destination harmful. Our judgment is final.
  6. Names and handles. Use your own. If you submit someone else's name or X handle we may remove the listing without refund, and we will act on verified complaints from the person being impersonated.
  7. Public record. Every claim, takeover, price, name, handle and destination is public, permanently, including after you lose a day. Click counts are public. Do not submit anything you want private.
  8. Availability. We run this on a best-effort basis. The domain or the site may be down, slow, or changed at any time. If the forwarder is down on your day, that is not a refund event.
  9. Not a bet. You are buying a day, not a chance at money. Nothing here pays out. Do not buy a day expecting a return.
  10. Age. You must be 18 or older to pay.
  11. Liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for anything beyond the amount you paid for the day in question.
  12. Changes. We can change these terms and the rules. Changes apply to purchases made after the change.
